NLD နဲ႔ NDF ခေမာက္ကိစၥ အျငင္းပြား

VOA | ၂၀၁၀ ျပည့္ႏွစ္ အတြင္း က်င္းပမယ္ဆုိတဲ့ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲေတြမွာ ၀င္ၿပိဳင္ဖို႔ မွတ္ပံုတင္ထားတဲ့ အမ်ဳိးသား ဒီမိုကေရစီ အင္အားစု (NDF) ပါတီက ေရြးခ်ယ္ထားတဲ့ ပါတီအမွတ္တံဆိပ္ဟာ NLD ပါတီ အသံုးျပဳခဲ့တဲ့ ခေမာက္သေကၤတပဲ ျဖစ္ေနတဲ့အတြက္ NLD ပါတီဘက္က မေက်မနပ္ ျဖစ္ေနၾကတယ္လို႔ သိရပါတယ္။ NDF ပါတီကေတာ့ ခေမာက္ကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ရတာဟာ NLD ပါတီကို တုပတာ မဟုတ္ဘူးလို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ ဒီအေျခအေနေတြကို ဘန္ေကာက္ကေန စံုစမ္းထားတဲ့ ကိုေက်ာ္ေအာင္လြင္က တင္ျပေပးထားပါတယ္။

ဒီကေန႔ထုတ္ ျမန္မာ့အလင္း သတင္းစာထဲမွာ အမ်ဳိးသား ဒီမိုကေရစီ အင္အားစု (NDF) ပါတီက ေရြးခ်ယ္ထားတဲ့ အလံနဲ႔ ပါတီရဲ႕ တံဆိပ္ေတြကို ေဖာ္ျပထားပါတယ္။ အလံမွာပါတဲ့ ၾကယ္ ၂ လံုးပံုက ျပႆနာမရွိေပမဲ့ ပါတီရဲ႕ အမွတ္တံဆိပ္က အရင္ NLD ပါတီ သံုးစြဲခဲ့တဲ့ ခေမာက္တံဆိပ္ ျဖစ္ေနၿပီး အဲဒီခေမာက္ အေပၚမွာ ၾကယ္ ၂ လုံး ပါေနတာပဲ ကြာပါတယ္။ အဲဒါေၾကာင့္ NLD အဖြဲ႕၀င္ေတြက မေက်မနပ္ ျဖစ္ေနၾကတဲ့အေၾကာင္း NLD ေခါင္းေဆာင္တဦးျဖစ္တဲ့ ဦးအုန္းႀကိဳင္က ေျပာပါတယ္။

“NLD ပါတီ၀င္ေတြ၊ ႐ုံးမွာေရာက္ေနတဲ့ လူေတြကေတာ့ မေက်နပ္ၾကဘူးေပါ့၊ က်ေနာ္ အပါအ၀င္ေပါ့။ လူႀကီးေတြက ဘာလုပ္မယ္ ဆုိတာေတာ့ က်ေနာ္လည္း မေျပာတတ္ေသးဘူးဗ်။ တခုခုေတာ့ ဆုံးျဖတ္ေပးမယ္ ထင္တာပဲ။ လူႀကီးေတြ သိေတာ့ သိေနၿပီ။ တရား၀င္ ဘာလုပ္မယ္ဆုိတာ မေျပာေသးဘူး။ က်ေနာ္ကေတာ့ ဘယ္လက္ခံပါ့မလဲ။ ဒါက ျပည္သူလူထုရဲ႕ ေအာင္ပြဲ အထိမ္းအမွတ္ဗ်။

NDF ပါတီ ေခါင္းေဆာင္တဦးျဖစ္တဲ့ ဦးခင္ေမာင္ေဆြကေတာ့ ဒါဟာ NLD ကို တုပတာ မဟုတ္ဘူးလို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။

“ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ ျပည္သူအမ်ားစုက ေက်းလက္ေန ျပည္သူေတြ ျဖစ္တာကုိး။ လူမ်ားစုကို သက္ေရာက္ေစတဲ့ ခေမာက္ကုိ သုံးျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အေပၚက ၾကယ္ႏွစ္ထပ္ကေတာ့ လြတ္လပ္ေရးနဲ႔ ဒီမုိကေရစီေရးကုိ ရည္ၫႊန္းတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါ NLD တံဆိပ္ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ NLD တုန္းက ရွိခဲ့တဲ့ ခေမာက္က NLD ရဲ႕ တံဆိပ္ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲတုန္းက ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲမွာ အသံုးခ်ဖို႔ သေကၤတကုိသာ ေကာ္မရွင္က ေပးတဲ့ဟာကုိ သူတို႔ ေရြးလုိက္တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေရြးတုန္းကလည္း က်ေနာ္ကိုယ္တုိင္ ေရြးလုိက္တာပါ၊ ဒီ ခေမာက္ကိစၥကို၊ NLD တုန္းက။

“အခု က်ေနာ္တုိ႔သုံးတာက ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ သေကၤတ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ပါတီရဲ႕ တံဆိပ္ပါ။ NLD ပါတီရိွတုန္းက NLD ပါတီရဲ႕ တံဆိပ္က ခြပ္ေဒါင္းပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အလံအတုိင္း တံဆိပ္ကုိ သုံးတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲေတာ့ NLD ကုိ တုပျခင္း မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။”

NDF ပါတီေခါင္းေဆာင္ ဦးခင္ေမာင္ေဆြဟာ NLD ပါတီရဲ႕ ဗဟိုအလုပ္အမႈေဆာင္ တဦးလည္း လုပ္ခ့ဲပါတယ္။ သူက ခေမာက္ဟာ NLD ပါတီရဲ႕ မူပိုင္မဟုတ္ဘူးလို႔ ယူဆပါတယ္။

“ခေမာက္ဟာ NLD မူပိုင္ ဟုတ္တယ္၊ မဟုတ္ဘူးဆုိတာ သူတုိ႔ ေျဖရွင္းရမွာပါ။ NLD ရဲ႕မူပုိင္ ဟုတ္သလား၊ မဟုတ္ဘူးလားဆုိတဲ့ ေမးခြန္းကို သူတို႔ အရင္ ရွင္းၿပီးမွသာလွ်င္ ကန္႔ကြက္ခ်င္လည္း ကန္႔ကြက္ေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ ကန္႔ကြက္တဲ့အခါမွာလည္း ခေမာက္ သူတို႔နဲ႔ မဟုတ္ဘဲနဲ႔ ေအာက္မွာ စာတမ္းႏွစ္တန္း ပါၿပီးေတာ့ အေပၚမွာ ႏွစ္ထပ္ၾကယ္ ပါတဲ့အတြက္ NLD ကို တုျခင္း မဟုတ္ဘဲနဲ႔ ခေမာက္ဟာ ျပည္သူတေယာက္မွာ သုံးခြင့္ရွိတဲ့အတုိင္း က်ေနာ္တို႔ NDF က ယူသုံးျခင္းျဖစ္တယ္ ဆုိရင္ေတာ့ လုံေလာက္မယ္လို႔ က်ေနာ္ ယူဆပါတယ္။

“ကန္႔ကြက္မယ္ဆုိရင္လည္း သူတို႔ သြားၿပီး ကန္႔ကြက္ခြင့္ ရွိပါတယ္။ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း ေကာ္မရွင္အေနနဲ႔ ဆုံးျဖတ္တဲ့အခါမွာ ေကာ္မရွင္က ခ်ေပးခဲ့ဖူးတဲ့ ခေမာက္နဲ႔လည္း မတူပါဘူး။ NLD သုံးခဲ့တဲ့ ခေမာက္က ထိပ္မွာ ပန္းဖြားပါၿပီး ခေမာက္ အကြက္အကြက္ေတြ ပါပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္တုိ႔က ခေမာက္မွာ အကြက္ေတြ မဟုတ္ဘဲနဲ႔ သီးျခားခေမာက္ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ခေမာက္ျခင္းလည္း မတူပါဘူး။”

ျပည္ေထာင္စု ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ ေကာ္မရွင္က သတင္းစာထဲမွာ ဒီကေန႔ ေဖာ္ျပထားတာကေတာ့ NDF ပါတီရဲ႕ အလံနဲ႔ တံဆိပ္ကို ဒီကေန႔ကစၿပီး ၇ ရက္အတြင္း ခုိင္လုံတဲ့ အေထာက္အထားေတြနဲ႔ ကန္႔ကြက္ႏိုင္တယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ ၇ ရက္အတြင္း ကန္႔ကြက္မႈမရွိရင္ ဒီအမွတ္တံဆိပ္ေတြကုိပဲ အတည္ျပဳမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး မၾကာခင္ ရက္ပိုင္းမွာပဲ ပါတီကို တရား၀င္ ဖြဲ႕စည္းခြင့္ ျပဳႏိုင္တယ္လို႔လည္း ဦးခင္ေမာင္ေဆြက ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ ေကာ္မရွင္ရဲ႕ လုပ္ငန္းသေဘာကို ရွင္းျပပါတယ္။ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ NDF ပါတီဟာ အရင္ NLD ပါတီ၀င္ ေဟာင္းေတြနဲ႔ ဦးေဆာင္ဖြဲ႕စည္းထားတာျဖစ္ၿပီး ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲကို ၀င္ေရး၊ မ၀င္ေရးမွာ NLD နဲ႔ အယူအဆ မတူၾကတဲ့သူေတြလည္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
